2. Scope
These terms apply to every order you place with us.
3. Prices
All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless it explicitly says the amounts exclude VAT. Shipping costs are added separately and shown before you check out.
4. Orders and payment
An agreement is formed as soon as we confirm your order by email. You pay in advance using one of the available payment methods. Business customers can pay by invoice by arrangement.
5. Delivery
We do our best to deliver within the stated period. If that doesn't happen within thirty days, you may cancel your order free of charge and get your money back.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days to change your mind. See the Returns and exchanges page.
7. Warranty and use
You get a product that does what you may reasonably expect of it. If there is a manufacturing fault, we'll replace the product or refund you.
Please note: the SafetyClip covers the drinking opening of a can and makes it harder to add something to a drink unnoticed. It is an aid and offers no guarantee of protection against drink spiking or other forms of misuse. We accept no liability for damage arising from this, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part. This provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Complaints
If you have a complaint, email info@safetyclip.nl. You'll receive a substantive reply within fourteen days. If we can't resolve it together, you can submit your complaint via the European ODR platform.
9. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms.
