14 days to change your mind
You have fourteen days after receiving your order to change your mind, without giving a reason. Report your return within those fourteen days by email at info@safetyclip.nl. After that you have another fourteen days to send the product back.
Conditions
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- If you tried the product the way you would in a shop, you can still return it. If it is clearly used or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value.
- The cost of sending it back is yours, unless we made a mistake or the product arrived broken.
Your money back
You get the purchase amount plus the standard outbound shipping cost back within fourteen days of us receiving the return, the same way you paid.
Broken or wrong item?
Send a photo to info@safetyclip.nl. We'll send a new one free of charge, or give you your money back. Whichever you prefer.
Sending a return
Report your return by email at info@safetyclip.nl first. We'll send you the return address, and we'll know your parcel is on its way.
