What data we process
When you order, we process your name, address, email address, phone number, payment details and what you ordered. If you sign up for our newsletter we process your email address. We also store technical data about your visit to the website, such as your IP address and which pages you view.
Why we process it
- To fulfil and deliver your order (performance of the contract).
- To answer your questions.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as tax records.
- To send you our newsletter, if you have consented. You can unsubscribe in every email.
Who we share it with
Only with parties needed to deliver your order: our webshop software (Shopify), the payment provider and the carrier. They may not use your data for their own purposes. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep order data for seven years, because the Dutch tax authority requires it. Other data we keep no longer than necessary.
Your rights
You may view your data, have it corrected or erased, and object to its use. Email info@safetyclip.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed to make the store work (your shopping cart, for example) and, with your consent, cookies to measure how the website is used.
